What does it mean to take Refuge? Our last study group zoom meeting was on Dec 19, 2020. Thank you everybody who was able to join. We had 5 people present: Helmfried, Erika, Barbara, Marianna, and George. We opened and closed with the chants that The Sakyong recommended, and practice. We also discussed what it means to take Refuge. Please write in the comments what taking refuge means for you.
